Thornbury Teams play in the Stroud & District League, and The Bristol League.

For the 2012/2013 season Thornbury will have 3 teams competing in the Stroud & District League.

Thornbury Table Tennis Club fee structure, Sept 2012 / July 2013

In order to represent TTTC a player should comply with the following rules :-

Pay the Stroud league registration fee of 15 GBP prior to commencement of league play and/or 12 GBP for the Bristol League.

and either

Pay the full category "A" annual membership fee of 115 GBP (100 GBP for concessions) prior to commencement of league play.

This fee covers both monday and wednesday attendance for the period from Sept to April only.

May to July all club members will be on "Pay as you Play" (PAYP).

or

Pay a "Pay as you Play" fee of 6 GBP per match (5 GBP for concessions) for both home and away matches. Payment must also be paid for Albert Mann Cup matches.
Payment for each match to be made prior to commencement of the related match. The team captains are asked to remind any PAYP members to pay the fees at away matches.
When playing up for another team there is no fee.
If a player joins part way through the season as a Category "A" member then the 115 GBP is to be charged at a pro-rata rate dependent on the number of weeks remaining in the season.
If a player plays in the league under the "Pay as you Play" format they will be obliged to pay the ongoing "Pay as you Play" fees whilst attending any practice at Thornbury outside league matches.
Any player arriving for "Pay as you Play" without sufficient funds should get approval from a committee member prior to playing, where any short fall will be documented and collected on the next attendance.

Adult 4 GBP, child 2.50 GBP, Adult +1 child 5 GBP then 1.50 GBP for each additional child, Concessions 2.50 GBP

Fees for members paying Annual membership (during membership season).

1st child 1 GBP, then 1.50 GBP for each additional child

Payments terms

Annual membership fees should be paid as soon as they club re-opens after the summer break, early September.

Any person having difficulty paying the fees in full should approach the committee where a mutually agreeable solution will be worked out.

Payment by installments may be considered as long as they installments are in advance of the playing schedule.

Players may be excluded from playing if a payment schedule is not honoured.
