For the second year Thornbury has a team of Juniors playing in the Bristol Junior League, a result of improving young players who have benefitted from the clubs coaching staff lead by the Chairman John Fraser. Details of the Bristol Juniors

Thornbury Table Tennis Club fee structure, Sept 2009 / July 2010

In order to represent TTTC a player should comply with the following rules :-

This fee covers both monday and wednesday attendance for the period from Sept to April only.

May to July all club members will be on ‘Pay as you Play’ (PAYP).

• Pay a 'Pay as you Play' fee of £6 per match (£5 for concessions) for both home and away matches. Payment must also be paid for Albert Mann Cup matches.
• Payment for each match to be made prior to commencement of the related match. It is the team captains who are to collect the fees on away matches.
• When playing up for another team there is no fee.
• If a player joins part way through the season as a Category 'A' member then the £115 is to be charged at a pro-rata rate dependent on the number of weeks remaining in the season.
• If a player plays in the league under the 'Pay as you Play' format they will be obliged to pay the ongoing ‘Pay as you Play’ fees whilst attending any practice at Thornbury outside league matches.
• Any player arriving for ‘Pay as you Play’ without sufficient funds should get approval from a committee member prior to playing, where any short fall will be documented and collected on the next attendance.
• Captains are required to inform the club which members of their respective teams have played in each match by any of the following methods :-

Adult £4,      child £2.50,  Adult +1 child £5    then £1.50 for each additional child

Fees for members paying Annual membership (during membership season).

Payments terms

Annual membership fees should be paid as soon as they club re-opens after the summer break, early September.

Any person having difficulty paying the fees in full should approach the committee where a mutually agreeable solution will be worked out.

Payment by installments may be considered as long as they installments are in advance of the playing schedule.

Players may be excluded from playing if a payment schedule is not honoured.
